Hawaiian Acres Community Market is committed to offering a regional meeting place for local Hawai'i farmers and artisan producers to offer fresh produce, prepared foods and handmade crafts for our friends, families and community. We bring mutual regard and affection to our community and market by welcoming everyone regardless of age, race, gender, religious or political affiliations.
The willing compliance with our MARKET RULES AND GUIDLINES enhances everyone’s experience of order and harmony.
1) Summer Market hours are June through October 2pm.- 6pm. Winter hours are November through May 2pm.-5pm.
2) Please arrive before opening time and be ready to sell at opening time. First time vendors must arrive and check in with market manager for placement before or by 1pm.
3) Booth spaces are 10’x10’. Or, one six foot table indoor.
Vendors are required to provide their own canopy and display.
4) Vendors should unload into their space and move vehicle to parking before setting up. NO parking on roads or in guest lot. Park only in vendor parking area.
5) Booth & indoor table fees are $5.00 with HACA membership and $7.00 for non-members. Benefits of community membership can be found here: (web page link coming soon) Booth fee must be paid by end of market. Additional gratuities for the marketplace from higher volume food vendors are welcome.
6) Pack your trash, do not use HACA’s trash cans.
7) No Re-Sale. The Seller (family member or farm employee) is the grower of maker of products offered.
8) County Health regulations require “no animals allowed where food is prepared or sold.” With the exception of service animals.
9) All food vendors are responsible for adhering to safe food handling and preparation. Check with County Health Dept. to know what is required for your product.
10) General Excise Tax is solely the responsibility of the vendor.
11) No smoking outside of designated area, and no consumption of alcohol or illegal substances at market or on HACA property.
We ask for your help with setting up the market and parking signs or replacing them in storage at the end of market. You're helping and assisting the market volunteers is greatly appreciated.
