Please complete the following application form to apply for your cat(s) or dog(s) to be spayed/neutered through the Edmonton Humane Society's PALS (Prevent Another Litter Subsidy) program using the Mobile PALS unit.
The Prevent Another Litter Subsidy is provided in partnership with PetSmart Charities of Canada and the City of Edmonton and provides funding to help to make this program possible.
All PALS appointments also include CORE vaccinations to further promote the long-term health and welfare of the animals undergoing care.
When applying, proof of income and payment information must be submitted. Your application will be reviewed within 14 days of submitting online, and once approved the payment for your administration fee will be processed.
Upon approval and receipt of payment, you will be contacted by our team to book a spay/neuter appointment for your cat(s) or dog(s). Due to the pop-up nature of this clinic, appointments are only available one month in advance .
Mobile Unit Special Considerations
- Maximum of six animals per household
- Priority may be granted to those who face transportation barriers to attend traditional PALS appointments and are within the closest proximity to a mobile clinic location.
- Due to space constraints we are unable to accept applications or appointments for dogs weighing over 25 pounds.
