7) City View Equestrian maintains a peaceful, friendly and welcoming environment. If student or guardian of student upsets said atmosphere in an inappropriate manner, Mary Corke, Ben Corke, Taylor Foxhall or any current City View Equestrian, LLC employee has the right to ask said student to leave.
8) Parents and guardians will be held to the same set of standards as all riders and boarders
9) All lessons must be paid for at the beginning of lesson with cash, check or venmo. Any bounced check will receive a $50.00 fine. All checks must be made payable to City View Equestrian, LLC.
10) All lessons not canceled within 24 hours of scheduled lesson time must be paid for in full. Colds, upset stomachs, sports, parties, sleepovers, mixed up lesson times, holidays, traffic etc. are not emergency situations and will not be acceptable "emergency situations". Students who do not pay for a missed lesson will not be scheduled or taught until said lesson is paid for in full. Notice must be received by your lesson time the previous day to count as "24 hours".
11) A POSITIVE COVID TEST MUST BE PRESENTED TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR A LESSON MAKE UP.
12) If a student does not show up for a scheduled lesson, the missed lesson must be paid for in full.
13) If a lesson is not paid for on the day of scheduled time the full amount is due plus a $5.00 late charge before the next lesson will be given.
14) No one under the age of 16 may be left in the barn without supervision.
15) Students under the age of 10 must have a parent or guardian with them during lessons.
16) Students are responsible for picking up after themselves before leaving the barn. Brushes, tack, blankets, swept aisle ways, manure in the arena or anything else used in the duration of the student's lesson must be put back and cleaned up.
17) No mounting or riding horses in the barn or the arena chute
18) Use of another person's tack or horse without permission is not permitted
19) Lesson students may not use farm machinery at any time
20) Lesson students are not allowed in the feed room, the laundry room or on Mary's side of the barn.
21) Lesson students are not allowed inside of stalls without their trainer's permission
22) No dogs or outside animals allowed on the property at any time.
23) Do not unplug the electric fence
24) No flipflops allowed at any time - Including parents and visitors. Parents and visitors that show up in anything but a closed toe shoe will be asked to remain in the car until the lesson is over. No exceptions.
25) Persons entering our property are required to follow a dress code for the barn. This includes parents, visitors, friends, etc. Tank tops are not permitted. Sleeveless shirts may be worn (not cut offs or
