Please provide clean linen/bedding, fresh hand and body towel, basic toiletries for my stay, where possible.
Where possible I will bring my own food but some clients have provided me with this - which I'd happily enjoy. But It's not essential.
I send frequent photos / updates and may post some photos/ videos on social media. Please let me know If you'd prefer me not to.
With house sitting - I can take in deliveries/post, put the bins in/out, water the indoor plants, open/close curtains and poop scoop the garden. If you require cleaning of the house, I can do for a additional hourly fee. Please enquire.
I will email the Invoice once dates and pet care service are confirmed / Meet & Greet (moving foward - paid trial walks, bonding visits or overnight trial stay/board may apply).
Please pay full amount by Invoice payment due date or before.
To secure your booking, please pay 50% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of Invoice being sent to secure your booking dates. Or if last minute, please pay in full.
Full amount is non-refundable within one month of petcare start date, If dates are changed or shortened this is also non-refundable.
Please be aware of cancellation policy on T&C's - there will be no refund if cancelled within one month of start of overnight stays and for other pet care services within 48 hours of service. 50% at any time is non-refundable. For more detail check T&C's on link below.
If you require your dog to be walked off-lead - please let me know to send you the disclaimer form to sign and return. (more info on T&C's)
