Arcadia Newfoundlands Puppy Questionnaire

Completing this application does not put the potential buyer nor the breeder under any obligation. All information is kept strictly confidential. Please read all of the following requirements before submitting this questionnaire.

Due to new CDC regulations, we cannot sell puppies under the age of 6 months to homes in the United States
All puppies are sold on a non-breeding agreement.
Puppies are sent home with pet insurance for 1 month. Due to the increasing costs of veterinary care and to protect the health of your Newfoundland puppy, we strongly recommend pet insurance. Strong preference will be given to those applicants willing to continue insurance covarage.
Puppy placements are at the full discretion of Arcadia and puppies will be placed based on best fit. I will decide only AFTER heart clearances which puppy is best suited for which home based off the countless hours I have spent observing and with the puppies. If a specific sex is preferred I will try to accommodate, however I may offer one of the opposite sex if I feel it is a better match or there are no puppies available of the preferred sex.

Puppies are $5,000 taxes included
Puppies will be CKC registered and microchipped before leaving and have age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming.
All hearts will be cleared by a Board-Certified Cardiologist before puppies will be placed with their new owners. Hearts are cleared between 9-10 weeks of age.

Size: I do NOT breed specifically for large size but rather breed to the breed standard ( CKC and AKC standard ). For females the average height is 26" at the withers and 100-120lbs. For males it's 28" at the withers and 130-150lbs. Average means not all dogs will obtain this weight or height. You understand that I will not select a puppy for you based on size:*
