  • All required fields must be filled in order to submit your registration. 

    ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN Friday, May 23, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

    Payment can be made by PayPal to fundraising@pfrgi.org.

     Please fill out the Exhibitor Information section and then the other section(s) as needed.  All required fields must be filled in order to sumit your registration.


    After everything is entered, please check the Show Summary section to verify counts and totals.  Counts and totals are calculated for you.  You will immediately receive an email confirmation once your registration is submitted.

    There are also several pet friendly hotels along Route 30 near the outlets, but they can be pricey in June. Most people have been staying at the Red Roof Inn.

    • Vendor/Shelter/Ferret Breeder Booth Space 

    • Each booth space is 10' by 10' and comes with one 8' table.  Vendor booths are $60. Shelter/Ferret Breeder booths are $40 for information only.  Order extra tables below each booth type, only 1 extra table is allowed per booth space.  Extra tables are $10 each.

    • Advertising 

    • Advertisements in our show book are available at the rates below.

      • Full Page Advertisement (7.5 x 10 inches) – $50
      • Half-Page Advertisement (7.5 × 5 inches) – $35
      • Quarter-Page Advertisement (3.5 × 5 inches) – $25
      • Memorial Advertisement* (3.5 × 5 inches) – $20
      • Business Card Advertisement (3.5 × 2 inches) – $15

      *Memorial advertisements are special quarter-page ads for you to put your own tribute to a special ferret. You may submit photographs or a special message to be printed in the show book. Similar to Specialty Class Sponsorships, but you do not receive wording on class ribbons, a souvenir ribbon, or a full-page ad).

    • Platinum Corporate Sponsorship - Donation Level: $500

      Prominent advertising of your business at the show, including banner and show book cover advertisement; full page advertisement on the show book inside cover; distribution of company literature/advertisements to show attendees; free vendor space at show for company display; additional benefits determined on donation level & company preference.

      Gold Corporate Sponsorship - Donation Level: $400

      Full page advertisement in the show book; distribution of company literature to show attendees; additional benefits determined on donation level and company preference.

      Title Class Ring Sponsorship (Corporate or Individual) - Donation: $300

      Full page advertisement in show book on first page of sponsored class section; your choice of wording printed on awards in sponsored class; souvenir ribbon; color print of your full-page ad. Can be used as business advertising or a tribute/memorial sponsorship for individuals.

      Specialty Ring Sponsorship - Donation: $60

      Full page advertisement in show book on first page of sponsored class section; your choice of wording printed on awards in sponsored class; souvenir ribbon; color print of your full-page ad. Can be used as business advertising or a tribute/memorial sponsorship for individuals.
