2022 KWLA Conference Session Proposal

We are thrilled to return to an in-person conference in 2022! Join us at the beautiful Campbell House in Lexington, Kentucky as we set aside time outside of our classrooms to renew our love for World Language Education, reconnect with each other, and reimagine how we engage our students and help them grow their linguistic and intercultural proficiency.

Please consider the following question as you submit your proposal:

How will my session inspire attendees to renew their love for language teaching, reconnect with their colleagues from across Kentucky and beyond, and reimagine what they do in the classroom?

Regular sessions will be 45 minutes long. Presenters may also submit a proposal for an extended session which will run for 90 mins. All presenters must be available to present between 8 AM and 4:30 PM on Saturday, September 24.

The call for proposals closes on May 31, 2022 at 11:59 PM. Acceptance emails will be sent in late June, and all accepted presenters for the conference will be provided with a discounted registration.
