EXCLUSIONS: Not included are flights, airport transfers, visas, travel insurance (medical, baggage insurance), taxis/ buses between villages, meals & drinks not specified on the itinerary. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: While we will attempt to assist you, you shall assume sole responsibility to independently confirm all documentation requirements for all passports, visas, vaccinations, immunisations and other entry and/or travel requirements of each of your destinations. RESPONSIBILITIES: While Darene and Sylvie endeavour to choose quality available accommodations, however no undertaking, guarantee or warranty is given or shall be implied as to the fitness or condition of any supplier’s accommodations, transportation, food, drink, medicine or provisions supplied. They CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR OTHERWISE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, DELAY, INCONVENIENCE, DEATH OR INJURY TO YOU OR TO YOUR PROPERTY AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, ACT OR OMISSION, WHETHER WILFUL OR NEGLIGENT, CRIMINAL OR OTHERWISE OF ANY SUPPLIER, THEIR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVANTS OR REPRESENTATIVES. I acknowledge responsibility for any health conditions that I have or any that I may suffer on this trip, including accidents or injuries. It is my responsibility to check with my doctor or health specialist whether I am fit to participate in this walking holiday where moderate fitness is required. Furthermore, if illness or injury prevents travel, we will absolutely try to refund where it is possible, but can't guarantee a total refund for money already paid in the case of establishments not offering the refund. PAYMENTS: A 50% deposit will secure your place on our Camino. The balance of payment for the trip will be due on the 1st of May 2025. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Your cancellation of your booking must be emailed to darene@puttergill.com.au. There is no guarantee of refund for any unused services should you leave your Camino early for any reason, but all attempts to refund will be made in the event of this happening. If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before the first night’s accommodation, you will forfeit whatever costs Darene is unable to recover, which she will make every effort to do. If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the first night's accommodation, we will refund you, except what is irretrievable from establishments. If we can find a replacement for you, you will receive a full refund regardless. Darene and Sylvie are not travel agents or tour operators. We have organised this trip for friends and friends of friends. ACTS OF GOD: Darene and Sylvie are not liable for "acts of God", weather, fire, acts of governments or other authorities, insurrections, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, thefts, pilferage, terrorist acts, epidemics, disease, quarantines, dangers incident to sea, land and air travel, and other acts or incidents beyond its ability to control. In the unlikely event that neither Darene nor Sylvie can lead the walk, a like-minded, suitable replacement guide will be found.
