Service Discount Application

In an effort to make home education and participating in Mighty Roots Academy affordable for all families, each student may apply for our Service Discount to apply towards their tuition cost. At enrollment, students, with the help of their family, must:

Fill out the Service Discount Application.
Meet with the Service Coordinator to arrange and plan service hours to be approved for the discount.

Throughout the year:

Complete service hours. 20 hours for Homeschool academy to receive a $300 discount. 10 hours for Creative Options to receive a $150 scholarship. No partial scholarships will be awarded.
Receive awarded discount in the form of a tuition credit or refund as determined by the Service Coordinator once hours have been completed.

Our family agrees to complete:

The discount will be applied to the family's tuition once service hours have been completed and approved. If the family is paid in full, a refund check will be rewarded.

Upon completion of the application the service coordinator will reach out to the family of the student to review the application.
