Please complete this form if you are wanting to book a private event at Purrs & Beans. Note: All guests must be 10+ in line with our SPCA welfare plan. The largest group we can accommodate is 12 people and if there are 10-14 year olds attending, there must be a supervising adult booked in as well. Completing this form does not mean your booking is confirmed. It is the first step for us to ascertain what it is you would like to do, when, and if it's something we are able / available to do. We will come back with confirmed costs once we have all the details of your event.
