This Release and Hold Harmless Agreement is executed by the above "Trapper Name" hereinafter referred to as “Releasor”.
Releasor specifically and expressly acknowledges that he or she will be acting as a SoBe Cats Spay & Neuter, Inc. volunteer for the City of Miami Beach Community Cat TNVR and Adoption Program, an event taking place in the City of Miami Beach, by performing various tasks such as community trapping and caring for community cats before and after their spay/neuter surgery at the designated location located at 8128 Collins Ave, in the City of Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County, Florida.
The undersigned Releasor, on behalf of himself or herself, and on behalf of his or her personal representative, heirs, next-of-kin, assigns, servants and employees, holds harmless the City of Miami Beach, SoBe Cats Spay & Neuter, Inc., and Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation, Inc. its officers, employees, agents, and contractors, all hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasee”, from any and all claims, actions, demands or damages, including but not limited to, accidents, injury, death or damages to his or her person or property, arising or resulting from his or her participation as a volunteer during the City of Miami Beach Community Cat TNVR and Adoption Program.
Releasor expressly agrees that this Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Florida and that, if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, not withstanding, continue in full legal force and affect.
Releasor further releases Releasee from any claim whatsoever on account of first aid, treatment, or services rendered to Releasor during his/her participation in the aforestated activities/event.
We strive to maintain a positive, respectful relationship between all parties that we work with. Badmouthing, sabotaging, profanity, verbal abuse, ad hominem attacks and other forms of incivility between you and other individuals or organizations involved in animal rescue work, spay/neuter, TNVR or pet adoption or on any social media or website will not be tolerated, including disparagement of officers, employees, agents or volunteers of SoBe Cats, Kitty Campus, or the City of Miami Beach. You may not use the SoBe Cats, Kitty Campus, or the City of Miami Beach logo on social media or other websites.
This Release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto and the terms of this Release are contractual and not a mere recital.

RELEASOR FURTHER STATES THAT HE/SHE HAS CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTANDS ITS CONTENTS AND MEANING AND FULLY REALIZES THAT PARTICIPATING IN THE AFORESTATED ACTIVITIES MAY EXPOSE HIM OR HER TO DANGERS AND HAZARDS WHICH MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH THE AFORESTATED ACTIVITIES AND SIGNS THIS RELEASE AS HIS/HER OWN FREE AND VOLUNTARY ACT.

Este Acuerdo de Liberación y Exención de Responsabilidad es ejecutado por el arriba mencionado "Nombre del Atrapador" de aquí en adelante referido como "Liberador".
El Liberador específica y expresamente reconoce que él o ella actuará como voluntario de SoBe Cats Spay & Neuter, Inc. para el Programa de Adopción y TNVR de Gatos de la Comunidad de la Ciudad de Miami Beach, un evento que tendrá lugar en la Ciudad de Miami Beach, realizando varias tareas tales como atrapar y cuidar gatos de la comunidad antes y después de su cirugía de esterilización/castración en el lugar designado ubicado en 8128 Collins Ave, en la Ciudad de Miami Beach, Condado de Miami-Dade, Florida.
El abajo firmante, en su propio nombre y en el de su representante personal, herederos, parientes, cesionarios, empleados y trabajadores, exime de toda responsabilidad a la Ciudad de Miami Beach, SoBe Cats Spay & Neuter, Inc, y Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation, Inc. sus oficiales, empleados, agentes, y contratistas, todos de aquí en adelante colectivamente referidos como "Liberado", de cualquier y todos los reclamos, acciones, demandas o daños, incluyendo pero no limitado a, accidentes, lesiones, muerte o daños a su persona o propiedad, que surjan o resulten de su participación como voluntario durante el Programa de Adopción y TNVR de Gatos Comunitarios de la Ciudad de Miami Beach.
El Exonerador acuerda expresamente que este Acuerdo pretende ser tan amplio e inclusivo como lo permitan las leyes del Estado de Florida y que, si alguna parte del mismo se considera inválida, se acuerda que el resto, no obstante, continuará en plena vigencia legal.
Asimismo, el exonerador libera al exonerado de cualquier reclamación por concepto de primeros auxilios, tratamiento o servicios prestados al exonerado durante su participación en las actividades/evento mencionados.
Nos esforzamos por mantener una relación positiva y respetuosa entre todas las partes con las que trabajamos. Hablar mal, sabotear, blasfemar, abuso verbal, ataques ad hominem y otras formas de incivilidad entre usted y otras personas u organizaciones involucradas en el trabajo de rescate de animales, esterilización/castración, TNVR o adopción de mascotas o en cualquier medio social o sitio web no será tolerado, incluyendo el menosprecio de funcionarios, empleados, agentes o voluntarios de SoBe Cats, Kitty Campus, o la Ciudad de Miami Beach. Usted no puede utilizar el logotipo de SoBe Cats, Kitty Campus, o la Ciudad de Miami Beach en las redes sociales u otros sitios web.
Esta Liberacion contiene el acuerdo entero entre las partes y los terminos de esta Liberacion son contractuales y no un mero recital.
Libere y Mantenga la Ciudad de Acuerdo Inofensivo de MIAMI BEACH, SOBE CATS SPAY & NEUTER, INC., OPERATION PAW, INC. Y SAVING SAGE ANIMAL RESCUE FOUNDATION, INC.
EL LIBERADOR DECLARA ADEMÁS QUE HA LEÍDO ATENTAMENTE ESTE ACUERDO Y COMPRENDE SU CONTENIDO Y SIGNIFICADO, Y ES PLENAMENTE CONSCIENTE DE QUE PARTICIPAR EN LAS ACTIVIDADES MENCIONADAS PUEDE EXPONERLE A PELIGROS Y RIESGOS QUE PUEDEN SURGIR EN RELACIÓN CON LAS ACTIVIDADES MENCIONADAS, Y FIRMA ESTA LIBERACIÓN COMO ACTO LIBRE Y VOLUNTARIO.
