2023 Robomed Tournament Registration

Open to teams from MAIS member schools for 4th to 10th grade students.
Registration Deadline: Thursday, February 9, 2024
Hotel Reservation Deadline: Thursday, February 29, 2024

RoboMed Registration Fees:

Member Schools
School Fee (one per school): $120
Participants (Student, Coach, and Chaperone Fee): $120 pp

Non-Member Schools
School Fee (one per school): $190
Student, Coach, and Chaperone Fee: $190 pp

Fees include:
Transportation from hotel to/from school; two lunches at school, snacks/water, t-shirt; cultural tour.

Transportation to/from airport/hotel (additional fees apply):

Take the metro from the airport to the hotel. The closest metro is 0,07 km. Metro Line 8, 34 minutes, each ticket 2-5€.
Bus/Van one-way is 120-180€+10% tax can organize your group Airport arrival/departure transfers to/from hotel. Madrid Airport to/from Hotel (each way): €150-180 + 10% tax

Friday, April 12:
- Snacks/Lunch provided at the American School of Madrid
- Free for Dinner: a list of restaurants will be provided or pre-reserve at hotel for 22 Eur/person.
Saturday, April 13:

Registration Form can be updated allowing you to edit your initial response to complete the final details. The link is included in your submission email.
MAIS will send an invoice once you have finalized your registration.
The Hotel will send an invoice once you have entered your reservation.

MAIS will be collecting the reservations and the hotel will then send Pro-forma Invoice for payment to the hotel.

Triple Room (3p): €78.33 per person/daily (on request)
Family Room (4p): €63.75 per person/daily (on request)

Prices include breakfast and tax.
Touristic tax of €2/person/night Must be paid directly at the the hotel

(Teams may have a min. 2 students and max. 6 students)
