We at the Latina/o Studies Association and the Notre Dame Institute for Latino Studies appreciate your consideration of support through sponsoring, exhibiting, or advertising at the 2022 conference on the campus of Notre Dame University. With your help, we look forward to a great conference as we come together to celebrate the people that are Latino/a/x studies, their teaching, and their scholarship.

SPONSORSHIP

Please consider becoming a conference sponsor. Sponsors can purchase additional exhibit space or advertising in the following sections. Although encouraged, sponsorship is not a requirement to buy advertising or rent an exhibit table.

$250 ¡Presente!- listing as a sponsor at this level in the conference program and conference webpage. $500 Aliada/o/x- listing as a sponsor at this level in the conference program and conference webpage. $1000 Amigo/a/x - Shared 6-foot table in the exhibit hall, listing as a sponsor at this level in the conference program and conference webpage. $2500 Familia - 1 table in the exhibit hall, half-page ad in the program, one panel presentation or workshop, two conference passes, listing as a sponsor at this level in the conference program and conference webpage. $5000 Benefactor/a/x - 2 tables in the exhibit hall, half-page ad in the program, two panel presentations or workshops, two conference passes, listing as a sponsor at this level in the conference program and conference webpage. $10,000 Lider Transformador- Listing as host of "La Plaza", 2 tables in the exhibit hall, full-page ad in the program, two-panel presentations or workshops, four conference passes, listing as a sponsor at this level in the conference program and conference webpage. I do not wish to be a sponsor at this time.

EXHIBIT TABLE

(For publishers, journals, community organizations, and sponsors) The exhibit area will be available for set up starting at 7 am on Tuesday, July 11. Single-day exhibitors can set up starting at 7 am on their chosen day. The final conference event is on the afternoon of Thursday, July 13. Each table will be at least six ft. long. The fees below do not include any parcel shipping and/or storage costs that may be charged by the venue.

I do not wish to have conference exhibit space.

ADVERTISING SPACE

Advertisement in Conference Program Booklet (PDF online and available to print) and/or the LSA Webpage. An LSA representative will contact advertisers about artwork submission.

$175 - One-Quarter Page Ad $275 - One-Half Page Ad $475 - One Page Ad $600 - Two Page Ad I do not wish to advertise in the LSA Conference Program.

$250 -Rotating Banner that will be live from June 15 until August 15, 2022). $200 -Rotating Banner (Will be live from June 15 until August 15, 2022). Select this option if you are a sponsor, exhibitor, or bought an ad in the conference program ($50 discount). I do not wish to advertise in the LSA Conference Webpage.
Additional Sponsor/Exhibitor Passes

Sponsors and Exhibitors can purchase additional passes for $150 for representatives. Community organizations should contact the LSA treasurer for special pricing.
