ELECTRICAL NEEDS: All booth prices include (1) 120v/20-amp circuit cord drop within 50’ of the booth. Food truck, concessions or trailer spaces have one (1) 30-amp cord drop available. Vendors are required to provide their own extension cords and in the event of a power failure, Vendor is responsible for their own back-up power. All cords must be grounded (3 prong UL approved). Lighting at night is subject to change (may be turned off to enhance fireworks performance). Please come prepared with ample lighting for your booth.
PAYMENT TERMS: Vendor agrees to pay the fee specified for the booth size and location selected in this agreement. If you have other requirements, please contact us to confirm availability and fee. All other fees are due no later than June 25, 2021. If rental fees are not paid in full by the deadline, the booth may be offered to another vendor. Applications turned in after June 25, 2021 will either be rejected or placed in an area the ISHFF chooses, with a $25.00 late fee in addition to rental fees. The ISHFF accepts cash, debit/ credit card and personal check or money order. Please make checks and money orders payable to International Space Hall of Fame Foundation. If this contract is signed/submitted and the Vendor fails to use their booth(s) during the Independence Day Event; all booth fees are forfeited.
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE: All vendors are required to provide evidence of current and valid commercial general liability insurance, applicable to the Space or Booth premises that they will occupy. Each Vendor will provide a Certificate of Insurance, that designates International Space Hall of Fame Foundation, Inc., and New Mexico Museum of Space History, as “Additional Insured”. The Certificate of Insurance must include Commercial General Liability limits of at least $1,000,000 Each Occurrence, $2,000,000 General Aggregate, and $2,000,000 Products-Completed Operations Aggregate.
Alcohol Beverage Vendors must also provide Liquor Liability Coverage with limits of not less than $1,000,000 Each Common Cause and $1,000,000 Aggregate.
HOLD HARMLESS: Vendor further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the International Space Hall of Fame Foundation, the New Mexico Museum of Space History, and their respective employees and board members against any claim or action for any cause.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Vendor understands that any fees for services or products incurred during the event will be identified at the close of business July 4, 2022. Vendor will be billed for repair or replacement costs for any damage found during Post-Event Area Inspection. Removal of booth and its contents must be completed no later than July 4, 2022. Failure to do so will result in additional fees set forth under the International Space Hall of Fame Foundation in compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the Otero County Fair Association.
PROPRIETARY MATERIALS, BANNERS AND SIGNS: Vendor may not use ISHFF trade names, trademarks, or service marks for promotional or other commercial purposes except by prior written authorization. Vendor agrees to limit information posted on banners or signs to products sold and current pricing.
FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS: Every food vendor must obtain a food permit from the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) to be eligible to operate a temporary food establishment during the Otero County Fair. This includes but is not limited to annually permitted restaurant food establishments that do NOT have a catering permit, charitable or non-profit organizations and all food vendors permitted outside the State of New Mexico.
