I, the contestant signed below, in consideration of my being allowed to participate in the event, to-wit: ANY event at the Moorcroft Arena, release, save and hold harmless the Moorcroft Youth Rodeo Club, Moorcroft Rodeo Club (collectively "MRC"), their insurance carriers; their present and former directors, officers, and representatives; and their respective heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns, stock contractors, the sponsor(s) of the event, and any and all their employees, agents, sponsors, or other participants, or other persons or entities, in any way connected with this event, from any and all legal claims or suits, or demands for personal injury, death, or property damage, accrued or to accrue in the future, known or unknown, mental or bodily injury or death suffered or sustained by me, including court costs and attorney fees, arising out of my entry into and participation in the event and my being upon the premises of the Moorcroft Arena, Moorcroft, Wyoming. The undersigned further agrees, on behalf of himself/herself and on behalf of any and all of his/her heirs, successors, and assigns, to DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, and HOLD HARMLESS the MRC parties from ay and all claims, demands or causes incurred in defending the same, made by or through the undersigned, or on his/her behalf, arising out of any injury/damage in connection with the undersigned's entry into and participation in the activities of the event.
