Orders are reviewed and made in the order received. Please allow 24hrs for a response to your inquiry, and expect at minimum 2 weeks for your order to be completed. For rush orders additional fees will apply. To start the review process there is a $20 custom creation fee. This fee covers the design process and includes 2 changes to be made from the original design details you list below. Once the design is complete if you want to proceed with your order. You will then received an invoice for the full order amount with a $20 discount for the initial design processing fee. Shall you decide not to continue with your order you will not receive a refund for the design process as the design will by then be completed. You will receive a PDG/PDF file with your design (Only if you choose not to complete the order for your inquiry) Once your inquiry is reviewed we will connect to discuss the design details given in this inquiry. Custom creations meaning a design of your own inspiration. Please do not submit licenced designs as they will not be printed.
