Conditions of Entry
1. Teams are restricted to 12 players.
2. A nomination fee of $1100.00 AUD is payable for the Men’s competition and $715.00 AUD is payable for the Women’s. $275.00 AUD is payable for the Youth’s (U18) competition. $165.00 AUD is payable for the Under 16s, Under 14s and Under 12s competition.
3. All nominations MUST be received and paid in full by COB Friday, 23 September 2022. No refunds will be given for any cancellations after Friday, 23 September 2022.
4. Cheques are payable to: Northern Territory Rugby Union, or Electronic Funds Transfer BSB: 633-000 ACC: 168 101 335 - Bendigo Bank
5. All prize money will be paid via cheque or transferred to a nominated bank account only.
6. A list of player’s names is required by Friday, 30th September 2022.
7. By completing this registration form it does not constitute acceptance by Hottest 7s in the World to play in the tournament.
8. The Hottest 7s Logo is trademarked ®™ 1673186. Approval for the use of the Hottest 7s Logo on any team kit is subject to authorisation by Northern Territory Rugby Union. Any use of the Logo for commercial gain or enterprise (including spectator kit) is strictly prohibited.
