4/ After review of application is complete contact will be made and the deposit for last's months rent will be required. Email address is same as above.

5/ Once deposits are received a lease agreement will be sent out in a Docusign format for review and signatures.

This application is not a Rental or Lease Agreement.

If this application is not accepted or after review of the lease agreement you decide not to agree to the terms, any deposit submitted by the applicant shall be returned in full.
