What is the casting call for?
After an extended break to put my heart and soul into Bohemian Summer Festival - I am back and bursting with ideas!
I feel my brand is shifting a little and I would be thrilled to showcase what that looks like with REAL women of all ages and sizes.
My main unchanged inspiration is to redefine beauty standards and celebrate women stepping into their own power.
What will I receive?
Complimentary professional Make up & Hair for one person by our studio team
Personal Styling
Full posing and direction
Optional Use of Studio Wardrobe
Approx. 5 different clothing/set - up changes
Professional retouching
Matted 7x11" Professional Print of image we use for marketing
High Resolution Digital of same image that we use for marketing
A day truly devoted to making you remember how fabulous you are!
Does it cost anything to be involved?
There is a $200 deposit to take part which will be refunded to you in full at your reveal session (or you can put it towards a collection if you wish). After several no-shows, this has become necessary.
If you do not follow through on your commitment then you forfeit your deposit which I use to pay the makeup artist so she isn't out of pocket.
Besides this refundable deposit, it will not cost you anything to partake in this casting call. We cover the cost of makeup and hair as well as the professional printing of the image we will use for marketing. The digital version of the same image will be provided by us to you as a direct download.
We will go through the images about a week after your session.
The other images will be available for purchase but there is NO obligation or pressure whatsoever to do so.
If you do decide to purchase any portraits or collections, our prices start at $300 and most people spend between $300 to $3000. If you like a little more then what your budget allows, we offer a fantastic take home layby interest free option called PAYRIGHT with weekly or fortnightly payments for as low as $6!
We have now also introduced LOWER COST DIGITAL COLLECTIONS to help those struggling with the rising costs of living.
But honestly, the aim is for you to come and enjoy yourself. Celebrate all that makes you YOU and experience a truly transformational portrait session with Portraiture by Julz.
Last but not least - your commitment
We ask that if you decide to proceed - that you make a commitment to see your session through. This includes your pre-consultation, your portrait session and your reveal session.
It hasn't happened to us many times but it is incredibly disappointing when someone puts their hand up and then fails to show on the day of their session. It is disappointing to those who weren't chosen but could have been and also to myself and the styling team who all have to arrange daycare and other arrangements to make ourselves available.
It is for these reasons that we ask if you do decide to proceed that you honor that commitment.
