AVFD Tent Permit
The Anderson Valley Fire Department (AVFD), in accordance with the California Fire Code, requires a permit for any temporary membrane structures/tents over 400 square feet. A permit application and a single set of plans must be submitted for approval at least 10 days before installation. A site and structure inspection will be required after the Temporary Membrane Structure/Tent is erected, and before it is occupied. Review plan submittal requirements on the Tent Permit page
