An invoice will be sent to the email address provided with the total payment due. All payments are due in full, and no order is confirmed until payment has been received. Delivery and setup is free within five miles of 38018. A $5 delivery fee is applied for each additional five miles outside of these limits. Delivery and setup will be performed by a member of the IME team. Rentals, including Neon Signs and Backdrops, are subject to a refundable damage fee and a signed rental agreement. A member of the IME team will return to break down all rentals.
