Proposals must be 3 pages or less in .doc or .pdf format, and may include text and images. The following information should be included.
Name of organization and/or individual submitting
Name, credentials, e-mail, phone, and address
Brief bio of poster or abstract presenter (200 words or less)
Proposed Poster or Speaker Presentation title
Indicate whether proposal is for a Poster Presentation or Speaker Abstract
Abstracts for both poster presentations and Speaker should be 500 words or less, and may be included in the program
Proposal Review Process:
Reviewers are members of the ROSE Conference Planning Committee. Approval of submissions is based on the following criteria:

Does the proposal address the summit topic?

Does it have a well-developed description?

Is the proposal solution oriented?
Submitters will be notified of the status of their submissions on or before May 31, 2022.
