    Commercial Vendor Application to Sell Goods
    at the 
    July 2, 2022 Community Concert

    Saturday, July 2, 2022 – 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
    San Bernardino Valley College
    701 Mountain View, San Bernardino, CA

  • Booth Space and Requirements

    12’ x 12’ and 12’ x 24’ spaces are available inside the Valley College Football Field on the track area. Vendors must provide their own covering, tables, chairs, and any other required items. No generators will be allowed on site unless they are completely silent. In addition to booth space, all vendors are required to donate at least $50 worth of product or a $50 or greater gift card.

  • Details and Exclusions

    Vendors may begin set-up at 3:30 p.m. and all booths are to be fully assembled and set up no later than 5 p.m. Family-friendly items only. No tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and other smoking paraphernalia, smoking-related imagery, etc.  No music or loud announcements are permitted at booths after 7:15 p.m.

    The San Bernardino Symphony Association reserves the right to exclude the sale of any questionable items.

  • Indemnification and Agreement

    The Vendor agrees to accept full responsibility for the quality of any and all goods sold at the event. Vendor agrees to be fully set up and open for business from 5 p.m. to the end of the concert, approximately 9 p.m.

    I/We, and our heirs, executors, and administration agree to waive and release any and all rights and claims, injuries, or damages we may accrue against the San Bernardino Symphony Association, San Bernardino Valley College, and the San Bernardino Community College District. I/We further agree and understand that all vendor spaces are located outdoors and that all applications accepted and processed for participants are nonrefundable.
