This application is designed to enable the Vizsla Society of Ontario decide on the best possible home for one of our Vizslas where they will be treated humanely and appreciated, but also where this high energy, high drive breed will thrive. Please do not consider these questions an invasion of privacy but rather as a means to assist us in placing the dog in the best possible home. All information will be kept confidential.
Complete this form to be put on the Vizsla Society of Ontario's waiting list AND/OR to apply to rescue or rehome a specific Vizsla if one is available. All information will be kept confidential. A copy of this application will be emailed back to the applicant and to the VSO. You may or may not hear back from the VSO but please know your application has been received after you click Submit.

Our organization does not receive many dogs needing rehoming or rescuing per year. We will periodically contact you to see if you wish to remain on our list or to update your application but generally we won't keep your information on file for longer than two (2) years.
