The organization in no way suggests infallibility where astrological forecasts are concerned and therefore rescinds liability for any personal, business or health decision. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

All information that you provide to me will be kept strictly confidential. I will not share your contact information or identity with any third party. I may use anonymous example horoscopes for teaching purposes only.

If the client consents, sessions are audio or video recorded, sent back to the client for personal download, and then deleted from the organization's files, typically within 90 days. You acknowledge that the use of technology cannot always be completely secure and accept the risks to confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype, Zoom, and other technology.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

Payment is due upon booking the appointment unless otherwise specified.

Any missed appointments are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment are non-refundable. Cancellations require a minimum 48 hours notice prior to the appointment for a full refund. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the appointment.
