• ELT 360 Satisfaction Survey 2024

  • We are launching this survey as a part of the Inspirited Leadership post-program review designed for the Executive Leadership Team at Rawson Group.

    It is anticipated to take approximately 20 minutes to complete and it must be done in one sitting. The survey will close on Thursday the 11th at 4pm and we ask that you complete the survey at your earliest convenience.

    The survey is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing teamwork, leadership effectiveness, and individual well-being amongst the Executive Leadership Team.

    We appreciate your openness in sharing your thoughts and experiences. This kind of feedback is healthy and important as we will be using this data as a diagnostic tool to help us review training. Some of the questions will prompt you to think about how you feel about the company leadership, your team, and yourself professionally and personally.
