Application Submission
We apply an anonymous hiring principle to our initial application review. For this purpose, please make sure your responses and resume—including its file name—do not include the following personal information: your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and any other visual and textual representation of your identification. If you fail to do so, we will discard your application.
Application Review
Your personal elevator pitch and statement/cover letter will be reviewed by the hiring manager without any personal information viewable. The hiring manager will then assess whether they would like to review CV/resumes based on the content in the elevator pitch and personal statement/cover letter. The CV/resumes will be reviewed and a list of candidates to interview will be created. Each interview process is different and is usually a shorter first round interview over video call and a longer second interview either over video or in person. Depending upon the position, a third in person interview and meetings with other staff may also be included in the hiring process.
