All Campers start with this form Form 1a (220874998011159) to get their general information. If they are a Pearl or KYL member they are sent to form 1b (220875111289154) to complete the enrollment process. There they can select which weeks they want and make a payment. They can pay the full amount or reserve their spot with a $50 non-refundable deposit.
If they are a new child who is not currently in KYL or Pearl, an email will be sent to both Colleen and Mrs. Drain to get them registered. Mrs. Drain will issue them a KYL Member ID and send the Member ID to Colleen Once Colleen has the information, she will send an email to the new member with their new member ID and a link to the Form #2 (Add Weeks - 220957166275160) to enroll in the program. There they can select which weeks they want to attend, pay the entire amount or reserve their spot with a $50 non-refundable deposit.
Current KYL/Pearl = form 1a - form 1b, Add weeks later on form 2, pay their invoice on form 3.
New children = form 1a, form 2 (Add weeks), pay their invoice on form 3.
