1.) When do I place my first order?
Our online store is open 24/7. As soon as you complete registration in our online store by creating a username and password you can log in and place your first order.
We change the drop-off/pick-up dates on Monday morning, therefore, if you place an order on Monday afternoon or later it will be delivered the following week.
When eggs are available, we will throw in a free dozen with your first order.
2.) Can I order whatever I want?
Yes! Based on the availability in our store catalog, you can TOTALLY customize your order so that you don't end up with anything that you don't want.
3.) How does the distribution process work?
On delivery day, we will send you a text message to remind you about pick up.
If you're picking up at one of our brewery locations, we will text to confirm drop-off. The current schedule is below.
When you arrive at the brewery simply give the bartender your last name and they will retrieve your order from their walk-in cooler. There is a $10 drink voucher attached to your invoice inside of the bag. You can redeem it at pick up or later.
4.) How do I pay you?
Credit Card: Your card will be charged automatically and show up as Edens Meats or Edens Farm on your statement.
Check Payment: Send a check to Edens Farm, 9811 NC Hwy 86 N, Cedar Grove, NC 27231
5.) How can I get more involved as a member?
Our farm is your farm. Make sure to read our newsletters twice a month for different happenings on the farm and/or at our farm stand at Botanist and Barrel just down the road.
