Hi, thank you for your interest in booking an appointment with me! Please take a few minutes to review the following questions and information to get the process started. I look forward to working with you!

To fill out this form and schedule a tattoo you must be 18+. No exceptions (even with parental consent.) This is the law in our state

*I do not take walk-ins or same day appointments

My hourly rate is $175 and my minimum is $150

All appointments require a minimum $50 deposit. Larger deposits may be required for half and full day sessions. Deposits are non-refundable. It will atleast take me 1-2 weeks to respond to your request due to limited availability!!! I will only be responding during working hours 11:00-6:00, Wednesday-saturday, if i am not responding it's more than likely my day off so please be patient!

I understand that finger tattoos have a tendency to fade and do not fall under our free touch up policy. Touch ups for finger tattoos are subject to $125 set up fee.

Deposits are payable through Venmo, at @skyler-sellers or cashapp at $skylersellers1

When sending a deposit through please do not check the "turn on for purchase" option because I personally get charged a fee.
