Champions Axe Throwing Lane Reservation Form (Weekends Only)

**IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING**

You must be a current camper at Champions Riverside Resort. If you or someone in your party is not, you must first purchase a wristband at registration in the store.

Please use this form to register for ALL participants in your group. Please do not submit another form for the same time frame if you all wish to be on one lane. Submitting another form will reserve the second lane and make it unavailable for others. If you would like to split the payment among participants in your group, select the "Pay by cash" option below and the attendant will be able to take cash from each person or run separate credit cards.

This form only allows you to reserve one, one-hour timeslot at a time. If you wish to reserve a lane for more than one-hour, you'll need to go back and resubmit this form again by reserving the next hour (if it's available).
