Please fill out Guest Info as complete as possible so that we can either build a complete client profile and/or make sure we have the right person when booking in RPOS (several clients have the same name). Verify booking by reservation in RPOS system showing on your schedule (may take 24 to 48 hrs to show up in RPOS). All credit card transactions are handled through PSS, please do not include credit card information.
Bookings for next winter will be entered in Aug when managers are back in the office. Hope everyone has a great summer.
