Okemo Private Lesson Requests

Private Lesson Request 2025-2026 (For Internal Use ONLY)

Please fill out Guest Info as complete as possible so that we can either build a complete client profile and/or make sure we have the right person when booking in RPOS (several clients have the same name). Verify booking by reservation in RPOS system showing on your schedule (may take 24 to 48 hrs to show up in RPOS). All credit card transactions are handled through PSS, please do not include credit card information.
We are no longer taking requests for dates from February 14th to February 20th. We're seeing typically high demand for the holiday week.

During holiday periods, if you have an existing booking, we may be unable to accommodate your request. Guests wishing to make bookings within 48 hours must do so online or through the PSS Desk. Your schedule must be free of any other assignments for these short-window bookings.
