    Van Technicians are responsible for executing the adventure van conversion process from start to finish by working as a team to meet production goals and van conversion deliverables. We seek candidates who are results-driven, solution-oriented, collaborative, thorough, creative, and with a strong work ethic to become part of our rapidly growing team. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Practice all required safety procedures to ensure a safe workplace for employees and our customers; keep a clean, tidy, and well-organized shop
    • Staging, demolition, and preparation of incoming vans
    • Interior installations including windows, fans/AC, insulation, paneling, flooring, L-Track, cabinetry, plumbing, furnace, appliances, lighting, and electrical 
    • Exterior upgrade installations - including guards, winches, ladders, racks, toppers, etc.
    • Perform multi-point vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting 
    • Cleaning, quality assurance, and systems checks for outgoing vans

    Qualifications:

    • Van building or comparable trade (trailer, RV, marine, etc.) experience, required
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively on a team
    • Forklift Certification (preferred but not required)
    • Skilled with power and hand tools
    • Knowledge of electrical wiring and low voltage electrical systems 
    • Can lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work overhead
    • Able to work in tight spaces, crouch, and stand for extended periods of time
    • Able to work in a warehouse/shop environment
