In order to participate as a volunteer at Epic Sports Camp, Epic Church requires a Volunteer Application be submitted and you MUST attend a Volunteer Training.

If you volunteered for Sports Camp in 2021, you do not need to complete an application. If you are not sure if you have an updated application on file, please email: epicsportscamp@gmail.com, to follow up.

The Volunteer Application must:

be a Paper Copy (link below or pick up at Epic)
have your Penned Signature
list 3 references
- Note: Please ask your references to respond as soon as they can, to ensure application completion before camp.

Please return the completed application no later than May 15, 2022 to volunteer for Sports Camp. You can turn it in by:

There are no exceptions when it comes to the Volunteer Application. This is a requirement to be on the property of Epic Church the week of Sports Camp.

Volunteer Training will be offered at Epic Church on Thursday June 2, 2022. We will meet from 6:30-7:30 PM. This training will be available via Zoom and in person. We will NOT have childcare available for this event.

**Even if you have been a volunteer for Sports Camp in the past, attending this year's volunteer training is required, as information and procedures have been updated.

**If you plan to attend via Zoom, we will need your camera left on the entirety of the training.
