Finalists - Free (only ONE free ticket per finalist)
BCYCNA members and guests - $175
Non-members - $250
Table of 8 - $1,250
Table of 10 - $1,500
Non-member Table of 10 - $2,000

You have two options for this event:

1. Individual pricing. Please indicate any special seating requests in the comments section at the bottom and we will do our best to accommodate you.
2. Group pricing. A table will hold up to 10 guests and savings apply for 8 or 10 registrants per table. Your registration costs will be calculated based on the participants identified below.  

If you are buying a table, and your group includes finalists, your cost will be pro-rated. Note that you will be charged the full table cost upfront, and a partial credit will be issued if you have finalists at your table.
Please name all table members at time of registration in order to facilitate discounted table pricing.

If you are part of a team of finalists for one entry, only one team member receives a complimentary ticket and hotel room. All others are responsible for their own expenses.

If you are a finalist in more than one category, you still only get one complimentary ticket and hotel room; your "extra" ticket is not transferable. The only exception is if a publisher cannot attend to receive a Newspaper Excellence Award; he or she can assign a staff member instead.

The BCYCNA will not be sending out invoices for Gala tickets - all tickets must be pre-paid by credit card. If you do not want to use this secure form, please call Kerry Slater at the BCYCNA office at 604-248-4207 and pay over the phone. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
