Enjoying wine shouldn't be limited to just tasting wonderful notes but also experiencing the feeling that you get when it hits the palate! The Wine Remedy explores such notions with every taste by incorporating fun ice breaking questions and therapeutic concepts. The Wine Remedy is a great way to wow your guests and add excitement to any event!

The Wine Remedy is a private event service that includes 4-5 tastings of some exclusive wine from different regions of Europe! Your guests will have the option of ordering wine to have it shipped to their home or office. As an optional add-on, each guest will also have a chance to receive an wine remedy card that poses thought-provoking questions as well as a mini intuitive session from Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and Educator

Crystal Wildstar.

 Meet King Frosch Wines!

King Frosch wines, based in Southern California are the wines that will be offered at your event and are and are all natural, clean crafted wines imported from different regions of Europe.

All of the Wines do not contain Artificial flavor enhancers or colors with the lowest sulfites, allergen and histamines levels.

Customers call King Frosch Wine "The No Headache Wine."

So you can rest easy knowing that you are offering yourself and your guests high quality wine... without the headaches!

                              Before we begin please read the following:

 

PLEASE CALL/TEXT Crystal at 714-496-9894 TO CONFIRM AVAILAIBILITY PRIOR TO BOOKING. Once confirmed you will then be redirected to complete this booking form!

Please book at least a week prior to your event to ensure availbility.

Crystals Healing Arts is based in Fresno CA, any events outside Clovis, Fresno, Hanford, Selma, Madera are subject to an additional charge. Please contact Crystal to confirm travel fees to your area. 

Don't want to host at your location? I offer my home for your private party (under 20 guests) please inquire over the phone during booking. 

To ensure time for late arrivals and for possible activities, a 2 hour minimum is required for this service for under 20 guests. And 2.5hr minimum for events with over 20 guests. Please allow at least an hour prior to and after event time for set up/take down. Aproximately an 8x8 space for a bar table and additional items will be needed to ensure adequate space for set up and surrounding guests. Outdoor and indoor set up is available, please indicate when booking.

Accepted forms of payment are major credit card, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Please indicate method of payment over the phone when booking your event. This Booking form only accepts credit/bank cards. A link with alternative payment methods that were listed above will be sent upon request.

PLEASE NOTE: Wine for tasting is included with this service but additional wine will not be available for purchase at event. However orders can be taken and processed at event, the wine is then shipped direct to you and/or your guests' desired addresses at a later date.

 

 

 

                                              REGISTRATION

     (To be Completed once date and time have been confirmed over the phone)

Please contact Crystal at 714-496-9894 to confirm availiability before completing this portion of the form if haven't done so already. This form DOES NOT secure your event date and time until an over the phone confirmation has been made. Do not submit payment without first securing a date and time for your event.

A pre-payment of the Wine Remedy service is required to secure your event date and time.

During the event additional hours can be purchased if available at which time a $60 per hour payment is required. You will be notified prior to the start of the additional hour. You will not be charged the additional hour if agreed time runs over a few minutes and no fault of your own. You will still be asked if you desire any additional hours during event. You will also have the option of selecting additional hours in advance on this booking form below. A 2hr Minimum is required for parties with under 20 guests and a 2.5 hr minimum for parties with over 20 guests. The wine therapy add on package may not be available for larger events with over 30 guests. With events with 35- 50 guests please inquire over the phone for additional information. 

Wine is included in the price, for parties with under 20 guests 4 bottles will be provided for pouring and 6 bottles are included for parties with over 20 guests. 

For any specialty, premium and/or additional wine bottles, an extra fee applies. Please confirm additional fees when booking over the phone.

No REFUNDS will be given. If event is cancelled please contact Crystals Healing Arts at your earliest convenience and PRIOR to agreed date and time of the event. In some cases one rescheduling for a future event may be permitted.
