Reminders: After submitting this form, we'll check your order and contact you within 24 hours for confirmation. Custom cake orders must be placed 2 weeks ahead of date needed. Cake prices do not include toppers and decor purchased specifically for your design. Final cost will include the cost of the cake, the toppers/ decor and if there is a delivery fee.
*By submitting this form you understand that once the cake leaves my home the cake is the customers responsibility and should be cared for as directed or damages may occur to the cake. Refunds will not be issued unless Stephens Cakery is proved to be at fault for any damages or baking mishaps. Orders discussed on the phone, facebook messenger, social media, or direct conversation will not be honored unless there is a completed order form for the order. Please understand that all pick ups are to be picked up in front of my home, in off street parking since I share a driveway. I will bring all items out to you at pick up. Thank you!
