I agree to have my video, audio and/or image files uploaded to the Christ Lead Ministries TV Network (CLM TV) and used on their apps for viewership and possibly during promotions. I understand I am not being paid for this submission, upload and/or views. I understand that there is a non-refundable $10.00 USD submission fee and that does not guarentee placement. CLM TV has the right to be selective in choosing content.
