The Office Manager will work with the General Manager and Director of Human Resources on various administrative tasks in our Idaho Falls store. The applicant will be comfortable managing complex employee-related issues, filing and organizing important employee and company documents, and implementing and communicating relevant company procedures and information.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to internal and external employee-related inquiries or requests

Manage employee records

Guide leadership in employee development and performance management

Perform new hire orientations and update new hire records

Produce and submit progress reports to senior management

Participate in audits as required

Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store and ensure its appliances are in good working order

All other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Effective office administration and people management skills

Basic knowledge of Labor laws and regulations

Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
