    If the items were packaged, you must provide photos of the entire pallet and crate that shows the damage. 

    TAKE AT LEAST 3 PHOTOS PER ITEM:

    1. A wide-angle shot that shows the entire unit
    2. A shot from about 36" away showing the damaged spot(s)
    3. A closeup from about 12" away from the damaged spot(s).
