4. Vittoria has the right to decline a warranty. Please read the terms below.

As per the Vittoria Website:

All Vittoria products purchased through dealers and online retailers are eligible for a 24 month warranty from the day of purchase. The warranty can only be claimed at the dealer, where the purchase was made. Vittoria does not accept warranties directly from consumers.
