IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CHARGES AND HIRE
Full details relating to charges will be clearly stated in your hire contract, it is important you read those carefully. As a guide, current booking rates are as follows:
2025 Events
- Weekday Hire – 8 hour let £1200 - 1 Performance (£1800 for 10 hour let for 2 performances per day and £2400 for a 12 hour let for 3 performances per day)
- Fri/Sat/Sun Hire – 8 hour let £1300 - 1 Performance (£1950 for 10 hour let for 2 performances per day and £2600 for a 12 hour let for 3 performances per day)
2026 Events
- Weekday Hire – 8 hour day let £1400 - 1 Public Performance (£2,100 for 10 hour let for 2 performances per day and £2800 for a 12 hour let for 3 performances per day)
- Fri/Sat/Sun Hire – 8 hour let £1500 - 1 Performance (£2,250 for 10 hour let for 2 performances per day and £2800 for a 12 hour let for 3 performances per day)
2027 Events
Weekday Hire – 8 hour day let £1540 - 1 Public Performance (£2,310 for 10 hour let for 2 performances per day and £3080 for a 12 hour let for 3 performances per day)
Fri/Sat/Sun Hire – 8 hour let £1650 - 1 Performance (£2,475 for 10 hour let for 2 performances per day and £3080 for a 12 hour let for 3 performances per day)
Extra charges will be incurred if events go beyond these hours.
Reductions may be available place for multiple bookings on consecutive days.
Hire includes basic technical equipment, 1 technician, front of house and bar facilities. A second technician will be required if performances include live singing - this will be recharged at the rate stipulated in contract
We do not charge VAT
PLEASE NOTE:
- The bar will normally be open before, at any interval and after the productions as necessary. Please advise us if you wish us to serve during the production itself.
- We may contact you to arrange a pre-show meeting to confirm your requirements and discuss Technical Arrangements.
- There may be a charge for specific technical equipment or additional staff, if we feel your booking needs this please check your contract thoroughly for anything, which may result in an additional charges.
- Any specific lighting plots other than a general wash on the stage must be provided at least 3 weeks prior to your event
- We will provide you with marketing information such as our venue logo etc and will set up an event on The Forum Theatre Facebook page, which can be jointly administered (please make sure you have provided your facebook details above)
- Sound: - Please ensure any soundtrack is provided to us on either a FlashDrive or anything which can be played via a computer.
- Stage Manager – Every event will require a stage manager for Health & Safety and Fire reasons. We are happy for you to provide your own but can appoint one for you if required.
- PRS/Licensing – Any specific licensing or PRS charges relevant to this event will be recharged to you.
- Fire Safety – There is a comprehensive list of what can and cannot be used as part of your production, please make sure you read this carefully.
