Proof of Income
Each applicant needs to submit proof of income. You must be in receipt of a minimum of 2.5x the monthly rent in order to pass the application on basis of affordability.
For example if rent is £650.00 pcm you need to evidence that you are in receipt of at least £1625.00 per month in income.

Proof of income includes:
- Most Recent Wage/Pay Slips
- The last years Tax returns if self employed
- Universal Credit payment (the most recent UC payment schedule, showing full breakdown of payments including any housing entitlement)
- Proof of any Child Benefit/PIP (screenshot of payment into bank is accepted)
