Each applicant needs to submit proof in income.

Proof of income includes:
- Last 2 Months Bank Statement showing recuring payment
Plus
- Wage Slips (the last 2 months or 5 weeks)
- The last years Tax returns if self employed
- Universal Credit payment (a screen shot of the most recent UC payment schedule)
Please send this information as well as submitting this form. If proof isnt sent we cant complete your application.
