• 2022 Convocation CME Self Attestation

  • Use this form to verify CME credits for the AAO & AOASM 2022 Convocation.

    The AAO will report your CME credits to the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) on your behalf within 60 days submission of this form. Use the AOA's TraCME Service to view your CME Activity Report at any time.

    In order for credits to be successfully processed, the AOA number, Physician's Last Name, and Physician's First Name must match the AOA database.

    You will receive a copy of this CME self attestation and a certificate of participation via email for your records.

  • AOA has approved the AAO 2022 Convocation for up to 36 hours of category 1-A CME credit.

    NOTE: You may claim credits for all attended lectures and up to two (2) workshops per day that you attended.

    You may claim credit for either the Saturday lectures OR the Magoun Memorial Forum/Conclave of Fellows sessions, but NOT both.

    Credit will be awarded as category 1-A, regardless of whether you attended the sessions live or viewed the recordings.

  • The American Academy of Osteopathy reserves the right to make and issue corrections to submitted CME attestation as necessary. Please be sure to double check the CME hours entered before submitting. Unless otherwise stated, earned CME hours will only be reported to the AOA for the approved and eligible CME hours for Convocation 2022.
