Tables are 6ft in length and have a tablecloth with pipe and drape provided, but the vendor may bring extra decor. Vendor’s immediate area must not infringe upon the space of the neighboring vendors. Set-up times will be released 2 weeks prior to the event. Vendors are required to be fully set up no later than 10:30am the day of the show. There is no category exclusivity. However, we have limited the number of booths per each category. We will go on a first come first serve basis. LGM will provide email verification of receipt date and payment. You will receive an invoice for your selections and payment is due upon receipt. (we will offer payment plan if needed) No telephone reservations will be accepted, email only! Exhibitor space will be assigned in vendor category order, LGM reserves the right to reassign booth locations. Booth confirmation emails with additional Bridal Show information will be sent out in closer to the event date.*

BOOTH CANCELLATION:

You may cancel at any time but will only recieve partial payment at our discretion. You must email Lgmweddings@gmail.com by October 31,2024 at 5:00 pm. No refunds will be provided after October 31, 2024 at 5:00 pm.
