Association dues run from January to December and are due each year on January 15th.
MLS fees fun from July to June and are due each year on June 15th.
If you join in November or December, the total due will include association dues for the following calendar year.
If you join in April, May, or June, the total due will include MLS fees for the next 12-month period, from July 1 to June 30.
MLS Only subscribers do not have the same benefits as association members, including SentriLock service, Forewarn subscription, education discounts, access to Baldwin REALTORS® forms, event and committee participation, etc.
