2022 Rotary Vocational Day - Event Information Sheet

Please submit this information to the Rotary Office by June 30, 2022.

Vocational Day is August 2, 2022

Time of Event: 11:30-am-1:00 pm

The venue host or host Rotarian is responsibile for providing lunches and soft drinks or water for Rotarians at this event. A head count will be given to the venue host or host rotarian about a week before the event day, August 2.

Rotary will pay up to $25 (total, inclusive of all expenses - food cost, tips, tax, etc. per Rotarian for Lunch. The Rotarian's host's meal is paid, however, any other speakers or assistants the host brings in, the host venue pays for those meals.

The Rotary office will send a sign-up sheet to each venue that Rotarians will use to sign for attendance credit. The venue host, or host Rotarian will be asked to email the signed sheet back to the rotary office: cheryl@okcrotary.com

The Rotary Office prefers to pay the lunch vendors directly... however, if the lunch vendor can't be paid directily, after the event, please submit an invoice (to receive reimbursement for the meals) to the Rotary Club office email: cheryl@okcrotary.com

If any pictures of Vocational Day are taken at the event, please forward them to cheryl@okcrotary.com Also please forward the sign up sheet, so attendance can be taken.
