Holiday Request T&C:
1. Holidays are authorised on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. No more than one employee at one time is allowed time off per team.
3. Holiday requests are to be made a minimum of TWO weeks in advance however should be requested as soon as possible and should ideally be requested before booking your holiday.
4. Submitting this form is not a guarantee that your holiday will be accepted.
5. Your holiday will be confirmed or denied via email within 7 working days, if you have not had a reply within this time frame please contact Lauren Toovey.
6. Once your annual leave has been accepted, please update your timesheet accordingly.
