If your feedback is not constructive or respectful, or somewhat abusive, - it will be sent to your club committee then deleted by the SMJFL.

The league is opening up this opportunity for clubs to constructively provide feedback to the Umpiring Department. If the SMJFL Community takes advantage of this opportunity in an inappropriate or negative manner, the form will be removed.

If you want feedback to be taken seriously please take the time to look it up. We don't have time to be sorting through appointments to find which umpire you are referring to. Any submission made without a named umpire will be deleted.
