I. SUBMISSION REVIEW
- The Endowment Committee will retrieve and review all submissions between the 2nd and 27th of the 1st month of the quarter. All submissions will be swiftly acknowledged and thoroughly examined.
- The Endowment Committee will use a point system to score the nominations/applications and the submission with the highest score will be awarded $1K for the quarter.
- Overall, The Endowment Committee will choose the woman demonstrating the greatest financial need, and where this seed will make a significant difference.
II. THE ENDOWMENT AWARD
- The Chosen Award Recipient will be contacted directly by The Endowment Team Lead, Apostle Rachel Conliffe on the 10th day of the second month within a quarter. A public announcement & media blitz will be released on the 15th day of the second month and a photo opportunity and social media celebration made by the Heads of State principals.
- A recipient can only be awarded the endowment grant one time within a calendar year.
- An official blog post & picture will also be spotlighted on our Heads of State website.
